Most of these assets are valued at replacement value. If you where to sell them they'd be considerably less.
As soon as they start proving the resource our market cap will rise but until then the cap will be around 60-70% of total asset value. It's my opinion that the company is holding back till this next financial year to announce all our wishes and start producing for tax purposes.
