Look, I don't know anything about you, and you don't know anything about me or my background. Saying "it’s going to be difficult to educate someone who is unable to comprehend the project (or the industry)" is an incredibly arrogant and rude thing to say to someone after they ask for your opinion. Maybe you're very experienced in this space, and I do appreciate your comments above regarding valuation, but if you're unable to have a respectful discussion I'm not interested in having any further discussion with you at all.
