is 139m shares on issue a big number to you?
As a penny stock, 500m shares on issue is quite normal on ASX.
New shares all issued at 7c since last year, very positive sign indicating a 20c fair value will come eventually.
Closer to a $50m deal, only 138m shares on issue atm, plenty upside potential, if Baxter in this time, fundamental will be significantly changed, SP could be $1.00 with more milestones achieved.
Time to sell your shares at 2.7c.
