Just to add some additional fun facts about NSP shares on issue.

In 2008, there were 956,687 shares on issue with a loss of $5.3m (557c per chare) for the full year then in 2009 there were 2,173,401 shares and a loss of $2.7m (126c per share).

The 2010 year was an interesting one as the company reported, what is now contentious, profit and the share registry grew at its fastest rate to 21,984,747.

In 2011, there were 61,237,673 shares on issue with a loss of $6.3m (10c per chare) for the full year then in 2012 there were 98,000,543 shares and a loss of $6.3m (6c per share).

I think we can all agree on one thing...there will likely be more than 138m shares in NuSep before we see any light of day.
