Firstly, what did your Chinese fund manager mates say about NSP? Are they the one puting in the money? Or did they look at NSP and take their renminbi (which seems to be splashing around everywhere) and head for the hills?

You maths on valuation don't add up, if they make sense at all.

Just one point where your arguement is flawed is the first one. IF the money comes, which it has not for 3 years of trying to date, then will they get a slice of 30% or is our board offering more, because they are desperate?

Your assumption that there will be 138m shares is ignorant, at best. In 2009, we had 2,173,401 shares in NuSep. That is an annual growth rate of 202%. Don't be surprised to see more shares (600m at that rate).

As mentioned, in 2009, we had 2.2m shares in NuSep. At the most recent AGM, shareholders approved the issue of 1.3m shares to directors in lieu of a fee for a service never provided.

And as Kosenar pointed out, we're still owed money, and from other Singaporeans. Why hasn't legal action been taken against Mr Goh?
