These guys have been spruiking OUR business for years and for nothing.

And the "agreed valuation" is not agreed by anyone with money to invest. Quite the opposite, actually.

And the supposed "independent valuation" is based on what information? Information provided by the company? If so, then it is not "independent" at all. Calling it "independent" doesn't actually make it that.

Back in 2010, there was an "independent" broker report (not the recent one, but the previous one by Stonebridge) paid for by shareholders and distributed for viewing at the 2010 AGM, with information provided by the company, suggesting the share price valuation of 53c and they rated the company a BUY when the shares were 26c a piece.

Stonebridge were paid for this supposedly "independent" report. At the 2010 AGM it was reported there was a "Fully underwritten placement (Stonebridge Securities) of 8.9m shares to fund SingaPharm", this at 21c. This also evaporated. I guess once they saw the reality, they couldn't get their clients to buy a single share.

For those who follow this forum, you will have seen a number of years of optimistic postings by some, often based on well spun announcements by the company, while the performance has gone in the opposite direction.
