Looks like my understanding is correct.
"NuSep is moving closer to completing the $15 million funding for PrIME Biologics which will assume a valuation of $50 million for the subsidiary"
Clearly indicates $15m for 30% of PriME, after the transcation, NSP still hold 60%, 60%*50m=$30m
$30m/138m shares= 23c per share plus the upside potential after cashed up...........
Surely this investor is anticipating 100-300% return, if so the upside potential should be $0.23-0.69 per share.
I think this cornerstone investment is most likely from
