BTW, announcement out today. Mostly the same, but quite revealing in the language.

Clearly, the promise of funding for Prime, at the AGM, has evaporated, much like the Philippines LOI, not a mention of which has been made here or in over a year.

Why would anyone buy the unproven model for other countries? Wouldn't they wait and see how it goes first?

As is highlighted in the announcement, doesn't it concern an investor to be asked to pay $15m for 30%, when the parent owns 60% and isn't even worth $10m? Does it seem like this stinks? Directors were happy to sell shares at 7c (or give them to themselves for nothing), so why not raise the $15m through NuSep? Is it because they can't do that either?

Does anyone else find it interesting, the day before this announcement, BOOM, there are some buyers, prepared to pay nearly DOUBLE what the buyer was prepared to pay last week? Does this seem like someone had a Tom Waterhouse on this one?
