Why do you believe this investment is from Baxter? If it is, why didn't they take more as $350k is nothing to them. They won't even talk to NSP for anything under $mils.

So is your 'BAXTER' call just the type of idle spectulation that you and your mates have disapproved of here, even when backed by actual facts, or is there some evidence to suggest it is BAXTER?

BTW, I'm still awaiting your response to the questions on your Chinese fund managers mates. Am I likely to get a answer, or are you taking a NSP prism-view and only responding the questions which have some positive spin value, and even then, still not answering the question?

So is no answer, really a "They took a look at NuSep and it sucked so much, they wouldn't go anywhere near it"? Or were they thinking "The shenannigans here are just too much/unethical, even for us Chinese (the guys who put poison in baby formula)!"?
