Go behind the agents back and tell the real owner what has gone on. The owner should then ask for the bill for the $300.00 clean. Bills are easy fake too. A lot of the time this is false and the agent just pockets the money. A friend many years ago had money deducted from their bond for excessive water usage (provided no proof either), little did they know the tenant knew the owner, and the owner demanded proof and their was none. I would not trust 70% of these people, they are just like those in insurance and finance.
