We take all complaints seriously and investigate to the very best of our ability based on the facts before us when our clients feel aggrieved, or when the integrity of our members and or the collective brand are brought into question. I have spoken with the Ray White Eight Mile Pains office; they have informed me that the landlord will not be negotiating about the bond. The office has also informed me that the matter will need to be resolved via the legislative body. In this instance, Ray White Corporate is unable to assist any further with your complaint.Should you be unsatisfied with this outcome, for further advice we respectfully direct you to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
