thank you for the IMO . we are in qld . I am preparing for court now and getting stat declarations . I have also gone back thru emails from past PM whereby they have stated in writing "wish all our tenants were as good as you. I also found the email when we sent back the entry condition report the PM offered to send out cleaner but shortly later said the owner would not pay .
