    the agent has provided all the receipts and were attached to the court documents . the very interesting thing is now the PM has flipped the bond monies from rent breaklease fees and water to be all the repairs and maintenance cleaning and water charges. with the claims to court being lost of rent breaklease . the waters are very muddy this will require more work to emails to PM to at least get some documentation on why the goal post were moved in preparation for the judge.
    I will call the suppliers and check who engaged the work.
