@Buick33thank you we are old school pay your rent and you food first then all the other bills and nice things in life like holidays and nice clothes.
in hindsight I totally agree about getting it professionally cleaned. we wasted our time over 20+ hours to clean this aging property.
I note your comment about not bringing up the signing of a 12 month lease and my fathers ailing health what about job relocation . in my commutation to request 6 month lease the reason was for job relocation which is also true?
should I bring this up in court ?
