Ask for receipts for changing light bulbs and cleaning, hmmm actually don't ask for receipts ask for them in front of the arbitrator and see what RW has say, just remember this one thing, ALL rel-estate agents have their own trades people who carry out maintenance on behalf of the owner, and of course RW will be getting a kick back from all trades.
