I am of the opinion the owner and the agent are in this together. I was told by one of the first PM that they manages several properties for the owner. I am of the opinion the owner themselves is behind the scenes dictating RW. RW will go over and beyond on the side of the owner given the amount of money this one client would be bringing into the agency. I felt I was always communicating fair and respectable in our request. all the time I was told I'll speak to the owner and come back to you. Now I am writing this it has dawned on me that this was never put in writing but verbal when I made follow calls .
