failure to show at appointments - sept meeting

What was it that was said in the MHL - ASX/MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT on 30 July 2010.

Oh yes that is right, "Details of the consideration schedule will be released to the market in due course and set out in the notice of meeting sent to shareholders to consider and approve the Transaction at a meeting in early September 2010.

The company is well advanced in discussions with strategic investors to fund the acquisition and the working capital needed to achieve all production and exploration milestones."

Hello MHL goodbye September - October is here in less than two weeks. In failing to send out the alleged meeting notification etc, is this seen as 'Good Business Practice' by MHL??????????? If it is what does the future hold for MHL????

From all reports this company has got some good assets and attributes, it appears they just need to get their house keeping up to scratch. I would like to know when that is going to happen.

Any ideas out there?????????
