IMHO management missed a great opportunity since the YHD deal to rid the pest once and for all, and now they could have built up the market cap and take advantage of some free cash from the 3.5c oppies.

No-brainer if you ask Carosa/Coppa whether they want to pay all-cash from the oppies to fund the next deal, or rather dilute their holdings by handing more earn-out at today's share price.

I don't hold any oppies so care factor on the personal front is zero.

In the meantime, 12,100,452 units and more are still stacked on the sell side and have been there since October last year. Just don't see a slow draw-down of cash to get to a modest positive cashflow would all of sudden bring in the support enough to magically vanquish the big fat elegant in the room.

Starts to wonder what the board is thinking/doing ...
