they are issuing 2 Billion shares as stated which gives the company 5.6B shares & 1.6B 2.5c options.....
how they intend to raise the US$59m remains a mystery as i can't see the company issuing a further 20 billion shares at the most recent issue price of 0.003c....
maybe a issue of converible notes to the interested parities until a time where the project has progressed to positive cashflow as a result of the aquisiton & more than likely a share consolidation - but on that note they would need some parties with a high level confidence to step forward....
interesting times...
