Please be patient with me and have a look at the facts I mentioned in my post:
1- Spencer took bkp to banckrapcy and cost shareholders a lot of money........would u consider this as a fact?
2- Salary of directors is above 200,000$ on average and they do fly first class and stay in at least 4 stars hotels. would u consider this as a fact? can u look at the activity report?
3- Too many times of raising funs...issuing options, spp-s? not facts?
well, sad enough, at the end of the day the money will go from the pocket of a poor guy to the pocket of a bluffer/rich guy....
