It seems as though BUY holders assume a free carry in the drill is a great advantage . Perhaps it was , but as of this moment , the drill is fully paid for and any bad result would hurt all the same way . Whatever amount BUY values Advent at is the risk factor and I believe that a bare minimum of 50% of the MC of BUY is PEP11 .
