Talbot Group paid 50c per share for their stake - so I think you should be using that as a minimum for valuing GBA.
But at what price will Advent actually list for? Often seed investors will be buying at a quarter of the list price - so Advent could list at $2 per share perhaps?
Would be good to get an update on if/when they propose to list Advent. I might have to get in touch with them tomorrow.
Of course a listing will be determined by what they find via the drill.
