At this stage there is perceived value on what may occur.

This company's history is not very good at bringing dreams to fruition and I believe that the market has valued the company accordingly.

The management needs to make the business happen and until such time as they do they need to be held accountable for their past and future actions.

Some of the past ones are questionable which is why there were issues with ASIC, the previous auditors and the previous major investors who were involved last year that questioned management emoluments et al.

Until we see sales and performance and sound announcements from the company (not 'NuSep Receives S$6m Investment in its Singapore Plasma Business' when it has not yet occurred - it is only a paper agreement at this stage) that are quantifiable, then the market will make up its mind on the 'value' of the company.

Discussions here, particularly with this company, need to be balanced.
