It is like they are just waiting for all the non Instos to sell down prior to advertising anything. This one is a real waiting game aint it. I have been on board for 12 months, had to keep accumulating as bought in mid 3's but no matter what they give us the price just doesn't go anywhere. It is like a test. I am prepared to keep waiting. Looks like I am going to have to
