the $ 220k stated back then related to the average price of a GWh ex. GST charged by Ergon / Energex. It was before 01. July at 25c / KWh = 250K / GWh. There has been an increase now but I haven't got the numbers yet. From let's say 250k LPE gets about 17% as a margin.

I took the average billed GWh per quarter and the amount stated as revenue in the last 3 quarterlies and estimated the amount per GWh per quarter they actually received. Those numbers aren't constant but the average of those 3 quarters is about 40K per GWh which is about 17 % as stated margin by the company.

Therefore those about 15 - 17% margin less LPE's expenses is the real profit before tax. This quarterly should show about 4m revenue ( 15 - 17 % margin of GWh billed ) less LPE's costs ( about 3.5m - 4m per quarter ) = cash neutral / a bit positive.

Therefore I assumed that break even is at 100 GWh - confirmed by LPE - and should they continue with 7-8 GWh converting each months then the quarterly costs will stay at about 4m while the revenue will stay above 4m increasing months by months by about 200k and about 2.5m per year.

The more they convert the more profits in the LT - a big fat cash cow that the market has ignored so far. But those big guys in the know got their eyes on LPE - I am sure about that as a highly profitable business model never stays unnoticed for long.
