Lucky for those who just picked up at 2.4.
Absolute steal at these prices. I've been watching LPE for over a year, bought several parcels for an average just below 2.2. If you had have told me we'd be here at this point in time 6 months ago I would have laughed at you, but, patience is a virtue I hear. That being said, this is a simple case of the patient vs the impatient. I've thought about selling many times but sanity kicks in and I spend the next few minutes contemplating what a stupid idea that would be.
Very soon to be cash flow positive (I'm sick of hearing it too, trust me), PE ratio to kick in, presumably more favourable debt terms for expansion to come given the better position of the company...
Hopefully the ANN tomorrow will give us some more info on what's to come.
