The costs are known unknowns to me; they could be unknown unknowns to AVQ if it were in a stupor; they could be known unknowns to AVQ if not in a stupor; they could be sufficiently far along AVQ's cognitive costing continuum to qualify as known knowns and yet maybe it wouldn't be good for the shareholders to know the costs - all in comparison with returns of course - but that's another possible can of worms yet to be touched upon.
