EZE recently announced the placement of 5.235m EZE shares at 5c/share to Wolf Martinick and Neil O'Loughlin.

Martinick and O'Loughlin were both significant shareholders in, and directors of BMS when Iluka successfully took BMS over at $2.10 per BMS share last year.Martinick held more than 6m BMS shares at the time while O'Loughlin owned more than 2m BMS shares.

Martinick and O'loughlin also purchased 3.6m shares from the MD of EZE, Linton Chapman.(refer to recent announcements)

EZE's digital movie business continues to grow with revenues increasing as more and more hotels,motels and mining camps sign up.(refer announcement Nov. 02)

With only 40m shares on issue, and EZE coming off historical lows, EZE is well worth a look.
