with eye deal completed today, i doubt if cap raising is required imho,
the SP will start to improve in next dew days, when more retailers realise that ten has an extra $113M in the kitty, Free to air TV will always be around future in one form or another so i can see in long term there will be a recovery! with digital systems its should be cheaper and easier to televise stuff!
