I wish they came out and made a statement indicating there focus was to reduce debt. I avoid company's that don't pay a ff dividend, hence this isn't a stock I would invest in rather just trade. I like there strategy long term. beef is like any other commodity, current prices are not sustainable and people will begin to buy cheaper options like pork or chicken. also supply will increase over time. brett blundys investment being a prime example. aaco could've capital raised to improve current infrastructure. improving the fencing and water supply to the stations so they can produce and hold more cattle.having branded beef as there focas limits there exposure to spot prices. im not sure the meat works was a good option. its entirely possible they will run out of supply for it and will have to resort to killing other animals like buffaloes. Management is a concern at aaco. they lack ability to build leaders from within the company. remuneration isn't great and could be a factor. station managers don't make good ceos. just like ruckman don't make good afl coaches. the sp only whet up because joe lewis started buying. it went back down due to poor results
