    there is no American insto to take Australian shares ? What ? Who are Citibank, Goldman Sach, JP Morgan list is endless (The major share holders in OSH, BHP and 1000's of other companies). I thought they all are American ?

    After merger, IOC will start trading as OSH (ADR) in US. What difference it makes to US investors ? None.
