If OSH offer today same as Exxon did ($45/Share converted to OSH) plus CVR, only difference is CVR value above 6.2 TCF which is around 12% higher than OSH/TotalSA offer which does not affect OSH, that affect TotalSA.

My assessment is OSH, TotalSA and Exxon Joint bid. That's why Exxon threw the Ace Card by forcing OSH and TotalSA to bring them back to negotiation table.
