    Woodside could not get OSH ..what makes you think OSH would give up easily on a hostile takeover...
    IF, OSH 's board gave the nod it would be at a massive premium as Total Exxon and Osh know what is in the ground....and they have the PNG govt to satisfy as well ....rather than speculate just buy more osh shares...
    Right now ..OSH are in the box seat with a whip handle...
