I imagine that a group of rational,profit focused EXU shareholders are now looking for their RMS Acceptance Forms and there will be a flood of them posted this week. The numbers are now far too good to reject the takeover. With RMS’s voting interest increasing exponentially there will likely be a good chance that the ALK transaction will be voted against. RMS can then extend the offer for another month and mop up a majority shareholding.

I bought in on the hopes of a take over, so I don't have the emotional connection some do of wanting the company to develop it's own fields.. I hold bugger all as it was just a fun dip of the toe in but for sure I've signed the RMS offer as it goes with my original plans/ideas where the company was heading.
