Seems weird doesn't it FF. I guess these are the bargains you look for if you're a value/contrarian investor. Look at cyclical industries on their behinds - We've got the global commodities bust to thank for this.
Check out the XSR index - looks like a base forming to me. First time in many years we are seeing higher highs. We should see some real re-rates over the next few years. Perfect time to get in on highly undervalued stocks like this.
