Should capital gains tax apply don't expect KCN to up the bid so KCN pays way over the top by paying your capital gains tax.

It seems some AND shareholders are living in La La Land.

They make their comments without any understanding of the worth of KCN's assets.

They make their comments assuming AND, which has been making progress at a snail's pace, will have no problems providing a dilution free development for them of their gold resources etc. etc.

AND has NO INCOME and in view of what is needed NO CASH.

this saga is going for ages--a bit like blue hills really--the offer is poor,especially when you take into account the huge downside on the CGT for AND shareholders --wait for the next offer--cheers
