What's going to happen when they issue shares from capital raising? The rewards for directors come into play at 20million MC which at this stage is 1.35cish share price. With the capital raise, I reckon roughly about 2million will be raised which equates to about 240ishmillion shares.
At the moment, we have 1.6billion shares on issue with 750million shares via options outstanding as well as people working for script. Aren't we going to get into that awkward low share price, high market cap range where the tiniest of movements equate to about 3 to 4 million MC increases? e.g. LWP for example with 4 billion shares on issue, current MC at 1c = 40 million so each 0.1c = 4 million. This is horrid as fair value pricing because a nightmare pip trade scenarios where holders can buy and sell .1c higher for good returns continuously.
