Exactly right mmq1 and the market isn't driving this one up on just hype alone. Exciting next 6 mths for this one in my opinion.

IMHO ROB is undervalued and is going to experience rapid moves very soon...

ROB is positioned nicely and is watched by many brokers and investors alike. I disagree with the comments about Tim, I've gone over his past comments on many stocks and he is what he is and his comments are usually accurate and spot on. It is easy to sling mud; I happen to think people can think for themselves here and form their own opinions about a stock and to accuse people of following hearts simplifies everyone.

I know musashi you have posted that you do not care at all about the fundamentals, I invest on the fundamentals what does that make me? Tim thinks for himself and invests for himself and people here all do the same. People here are not suckers, blind following the blind, and yes people make mistakes and lose money but that also does not make them a sucker.

UPramping has existed as long as markets themselves, they are not necessarily a bad thing, I say think for yourself, have fun and don't assume the worst in people...

I think that TA is like reading tea leaves but that does not mean I call you a fortune seller!

I am very bullish about the coming repricing on ROB; I only invest in 5 or 6 companies a year and ROB is I think an easy call. I like the management and kingmakers and am happy to hold a year or two!

Comparing ROB to other companies in similar positions and these assets and restructuring are easy improvements in the value of the company.

ROB is moving into some of the hottest real-estate in the world; this is a very good thing!
