Congo Brazziville concluded the first part of their general election 3 weeks ago. Protests were minimal and ruling party won over 90% of vote. it's certainly NOT a free country and undemocratic isn a fair sense.... but it's fairly stable. ELM has met with highest levels of Govt who want mine put into production ASAP. From memory they were re-assured they have 25 yr hold over the tenements. It's now beyond dobt how rich this deposit really is. Absolutely world class! The PFS and DFS will show how quickly the CAPEX will be recouped. But Africa is Africa and there is sovereign risk. Plus mega-bucks still needed to fund proposed mine. Feel JV is most likely outcome where ELM gets a free carry. Expect KCL price of over $600 by december and $650 by this time next year. $700/ton in 24 months not inconceivable. Massive world-wide food shortage eventuating as we speak. GL to all holders.
