No one is 100% certain if it will or won't.
I know that ASIC have received several complaints/requests to investigate but who knows if they'll act or how long it might be if they do.
The only thing I (and I'm sure many others are in the same boat) am 100% sure about is that PI and the rest of his non performers must be shown the door for Roseby to have any chance of getting started.
