I had a problem with the share registry regarding my entitlement. I sold the day before the record date and was removed from the registry the following day. I got on to computershare and NAB online trading and there seemed to be some error in the three day settlement period.
NAB told me that they were getting similar complaints from others regarding the same issue.
The final result is that NAB are buying using their HIN and then transferring to all those who didn't get their entitlements.
This may be the cause of a possible delay due to the amount of traders who bought and sold small parcels during that period.
