Everyone is talking about how great the deal is, it is. And yet the stock isn't 'exploding' upwards. The reason is simple, progenza is in fase 1 trial, more proof is needed as an assurance that it does what it meant to do and ofcourse it's (patien)safety. If you don't have that your deal can be awesome but you won't get any revenues...
Rgs progenza is in phase 1, after phase 2 trials results things can get serious, I don't know how long that's going to take...
