exs - why so low?

Hi,

New to this forum, and have a question around Symbol EXS. I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on why its share price is so low considering it has no known debt and appears to have potential. I notice at the end of last year they appear to have given a dividend of 28c and have cash at bank (report 31/1/12) at above 50m.

Cant understand why it is low, when earlier last year it was around the 60 cent mark.
