yes, my belief is that it is all contrived.

If SOL don't pay up they eventually lose their ability to mine Great Australia due to breach - then CopperChem ceases to have any resources and will be no more.

Only options to SOL are therefore to pay up, buy more resources, or takeover EXS on the cheap to get their resources. Otherwise their 100m investment in CopperChem goes down the drain.

All options will cost them, so my view is they will either take out IVA's stake and then settle the royalty or eventually down the track make another bid for EXS.
