Hey guys correct me if i'm wrong but in nov 2014 fosun bought out roc oil who owned cliff head with awe. i'm presuming fosun now hold the 42% of cliff head ? fast forward dec 10th 2015 (Right when Elixir were trying to secure Cliff head) fosun's billionaire chairman Guo Guangchang goes "missing"..... do these guys have anything to do with the deal? just a thought.....
