Link to Sprooki management...looks pretty solid http://www.sprooki.com/about-us/team

So it looks like what they are about as first mover in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia is giving a software solution to clients which include shopping centres as well as individual retailers (with big names on the list already GAP, Marks & Spencer) that allows them to create their own apps and push marketing messages to mobile phones within a shopping centre and to either shop on the mobile or buy in store, with an associated back office data and analytics function - taking licence, set-up, hosting and support fees as well as commissions on sales and coupon redemtions.

It is only recently that retailers for example in Aus have started showing interest in this area and surely it has to be part of the future for online shopping i.e. retail malls did not disappear as many predicted during the dot.com boom, but have only grown in number, size and sophistication to keep on attracting the customers...And Indonesia and Malaysia economies set to outgrow Aussies by quite some...

Also I don't think customers will find this type of marketing intrusive as is the issue with much of the online marketing because they are there to shop...they are in shop mode...so makes sense.

Lets see what the market thinks...

I think because the cap raise is still about a month away there might be the opportunity for a quick shake out...which is what today looked like to me...

However, would expect news about Sprooki's progress as well as subscription to the cap raise before then and eventually FOMO will set it....because if they manage to build the SP up in the next month and manage to raise at 35c it is a slam dunk for those buying in now...
