Here is the latest report on Chinas exports.  Like all info the conclusion you can draw are mixed.    I expected to see volume up, it is down, lowest month in 2018 so far,  good news for holders.     $ value is way up in spite of prices being down.   AL told us in Q1 CC Lynas is  selling SEG again because most heavy REO mining in South china  being shut down for environmental reasons.   So there is only one way China’s revenue can be up while volume is down and that is they are exporting allot more Nd and Pr.   This may mean I am wrong thinking that the falling prices of NdPr is driven by lower demand.  (need a few more months to know for sure last month volume was way up)     Regardless of cause prices are still falling.     If demand is still high then Prices will rise quickly if China cuts back exports.  So far the opisit has been true for NdPr.    This is a hard report to draw firm conclusions on because several pieces of info are missing, most obvious is historical and current mix ratios.

Also why exploring this site I have found the average monthly LISTING price in northern China I find this very useful.  they are slightly higher than spot.
