When he said they want to communicate the funding strategy. I got the distinct impression that it was on the back of discussions with OZL. Not that it would be them but that they would play a part in advancing the loan/debt part. Personally, I think it's too early for him to come good on that, my guess is April at earliest and then they've been a bit eager in the past.  My assessment is based on, I was watching him and Mike Young's body language at the time and didn't see the agreement smile from Mike. Pretty flimsy I know.
