Yes, MOF is exploding at the moment for a reason not apparent to myself. Down 16% today on a 'mere' 7.5m shares which is 81% of the 100 day average volume.

As the gearing is not that high relative to some others, the only thing I can think of that is causing this is it's exposure to Citigroup centre?

Anyhoo I snaffled some before the close as it looked a little oversold, and I just hope that it was the dow futures and not insider dumping on some nasty piece of news about to come out, or knowledge of a capital raising.
Some sellers were quite desperate to be out before the bell, but surprisingly no big lines came on for sale in the closing auction.

    Profile: 43 buildings, 49% USA, 42% Aus, 8% EU.
    Around 96% leased.
    Avg lease 5.2 years.

NB - Please DYOR, my research can be dated and inaccurate and I have frequently been proven far more incompetent than I believed myself to be.
    My gearing ratio is unconventional.
