It will be great opportunity to add a small parcel or two while we are waiting....

mind you I will not be waiting and looking for any bottoms/floors in sp....knowing my luck and previous skills in that domain any "floor" I find in sp becomes a very lofty ceiling!.......so will just buy when money available...product is great and in a high need space.....it pays to be in it when it finally starts moving in a right direction...
